Executive and Standing Committees
The board of directors of the New Mexico Ethics Alliance is responsible for advancing the mission and providing for the governance and strategic direction of the organization. For the efficient discharge of business, the board of directors has established the following committee structure: Executive and Governance Committees are comprised of at least one or more members of the board of directors. Ad-hoc members representing the communities served by the New Mexico Ethics Alliance or possessing expertise in a particular area of interest may be elected to participate on one of the standing committees or when appropriate, working subcommittees. |
