Ethics and the Power of an Alliance

Summary:
An interactive discussion of ethics and the power you have to impact your organization and the community.

Target Audience:
Organizational leaders, all employees, associates, and all stakeholders in the business, government and non-profit sectors.

Time (Length):
Approximately 30 minutes

Ethics and Professionalism: The A,B,C's (Attitudes, Behaviors and Culture)

Summary:
Interactive session related to professional and ethical behavior in the workplace.  Three modules available for business, government and nonprofits which include examples and exercises specific to each sector.

Target Audience:
All levels of the workforce in the business, government and non-profit organization.

Time (Length):
3 hours, but can be modified to a shorter length or 2 part workshop

Answering The Call To Public Service

Summary:

This highly interactive workshop reviews what ethical behavior the public should be able to expect from its public servants, as well as common ways public servants loose their way.  It also provides practice in ethical decision making, guideposts to help you stay on the ethical path, and resources to ensure that you are not alone as you strive to meet the Public’s Trust.

Target Audience:
For public sector employees and officials at all levels.

Time (Length):
3 hours, but can be modified to a shorter length or 2 part workshop

Ethics and Managing Public Funds

Summary:
This course engages participants in discussion and activities to gain understanding of the legal requirements and ethical expectations of managing public funds.  It includes methods to recognize and prevent conflicts of interest and fraud.

Target Audience:
For Clerks, Treasurers, Assessors, Managers or staff in the public sector or others with fiduciary responsibility of public funds.

Time (Length):
3 hours, but can be modified to a shorter length

Ethics: The Economic Stimulus

Summary:
A timely discussion on the current economic troubles, the role that ethics (or the lack of them) has palyed in the crisis and the ethical implications that it has had on individuals, organziations and society.  The presentation asks participants not to go back to business as ususal, but rather to consider new ways of approaching ethics in their organizations and begin instituting best practices to prevent and detect misconduct before their business becomes another economic casualty.

Organizational leaders, all employees, associates, and all stakeholders in the business, government and non-profit sectors.

Time (Length):
Approximately 35 minutes

Ethical Leadership: The Essential Primer

Summary:
An overview of organizational ethics and the leader’s role and responsibility for fostering an ethical culture. An essential training for any leader thinking of establishing or enhancing an ethical culture in their organization.

Target Audience:
Executives, members of boards of directors, managing supervisors and aspiring ethical leaders in the business, government and non-profit sectors.

Time (Length):
Two, 3-hour sessions

Ethics – It IS in Your Job Description

Summary:

A training for individuals, at all levels, to become aware of and commit to their own ethical performance and understand the role they play in shaping and sustaining an ethical culture in their organization.

Target Audience:
All employees, associates, and all stakeholders.

2 hours

Organizational Ethics

Summary:

An introduction to organizational ethics provides training for individuals on the elements that make an organizational culture ethical.

All employees, associates, and all stakeholders.

Creating an Ethical Culture: Human Resources (HRs) Role

Summary:
An interactive discussion of ethics and why ethics is critical for success in today’s organizations. The workshop offers concrete ways HR professionals can be a catalyst to help shape and sustain an ethical culture in their organizations, including:

Organizational leaders, supervisors, human resource professionals and departmental staff.

Time (Length):
1 1/2 hours

Objectives
After attending this presentation, you will:
